Koplitz the Slum Lord

I live across the street from a Koplitz slum and the mis-management that permeates his properties is amazing. Not only does he rent to the lowest common denominator, he is absent when it comes to proper garbage (refuse) removal & care for his properties.
Multiple times in the last few months police have been brought to his properties b/c of the daily 2 AM rowdiness. Even the local firemen have referred to his property as a 'death trap'.
Having this eyesore in our community has motivated me to organize a drive for him to remedy his mismanagement or else get out of my neighborhood.
Its coming Mr. Koplitz....
Its coming....

He's a POS. He would never allow the things that take place in his 'slums' to happen on his block.
He needs to get out real estate.
Hey Koplitz?
Se Habla Espanola?

No?

& neither does your illegal sign on Greens Avenue.

LB was happy to receive my formal complaint. Enjoy the fine.
