Do you know anyone I can talk to I've contacted the FBI and they say I have to get it cleared up in that town -- and my records seem to still be missing-- |

|
I'm not really sure who you could talk to. I left about 6 years ago. You might start with the Clerk of Courts office and see what they recommend.

I've already tried they have no records and said they would call me back-- I haven't gotten that call -- I think she is trying to help but I'm not sure she didn't offer any of the information that I've been able to find about Terror on 59 and Mr. Parker |

There's a good possibility there are no records that exist of you being arrested. Parker and his deputies would pull people over for no apparent reason than they were from out of town, then proceed to steal any money/drugs that they confiscated.

Mine was money and they also stripped seached me on the side of the road // my boyfriend had two joints and that is what they took us to jail for // they took our bond money the next morning and that was the end of that// until now 26 years later and I'm paying again |

I really don't know what you can do at this point except to keep calling until you can get someone that's willing to give you an answer that you're satisfied with. There are still some old timers in office over there that were there when Humpy was there. Good Luck!!

For an amount im not sure what now days you can get the record expunged by a judge. The employer who fired you should have to show you their proof. Where did they get the information? Check with the DPS they rule the narcotics arrests its possible they might have something in their files. I would definitely trust the DPS before ANY police or sherrifs office in this area.

Hey... I had the same problem. I was arrested for unlawful possession of a firearm, deadly conduct, in Oct of 06' My disabled mother that is almost 60 and can't walk was arrested for assault here about a year ago. She has heard nothing on her case, but my charges were dropped by the D.A. Since they threatened my wife and kids, then forced there way into my house to retrieve a handgun that was locked in my gun cabinet. All I really remember is the constable kept telling me how beautiful my handgun was. To make a long story short, my paperwork got lost, then i was never in jail, then the charges were dropped when I showed up with an expensive big shot lawyer from Houston. I then got my gun back about 7 months after the charges were dropped, then they acted like i was going to use it for something bad. My advise to you is to find a lawyer to have the arrest exponged. It cost anywhere from 1200-1500 bucks. Then get as far away from San Jacinto county as possible, these are very vindictive people. And the Texas Rangers will flat out tell you "your on your own". Thank God they all got voted out of office. Now they can't come up to my home intimidating me... Good Luck.

I, too was victimized by this corrupt department. I was also contacted by the FBI in 1982 and interviewed. Went to Houston, TX to testify against these pieces of s**t in Federal Court in the fall of 1983. Sheriff was already sentenced to 10 years at the Medical Center for Federal Prisoners in Springfield, MO.
I heard the only reason they got caught was trying to extort a Texas Department of Public Safety undercover narcotics officer. |
