Yes they did along with there father Richard Jr They need to be put to death all 3 of them It was awfull what they did to him he was a good friend of mine.

Murrey Burr was a good friend of my i hope they hang are get death for what they did to him he was a very sweet guy never did anything to anyone They just wanted drugs from him as he was on meds at the time. they will get whats coming to them when they have to face the man up stairs

When I was going to school in the 70,s and 80,s Murray was a janitor there and groundskeeper and was a very sweet and gentle man. He did not deserve to die the way he died and GOD knows what happened and it will come out in the longrun.RIP Murray.

richard jr. was found innocent!! You know most of you only know half of the story and it is very sad because so, many people just assume it was the winfrey's but, there was no d.n.a. or physical evidence linking any of them to the murder. The very sad thing is that there are no winners in this case because the burr family has lost a loved one and the winfrey family has now lost 2 for something they didn't do....THIS IS A SAD SITUATION...
