Raw sewage leak into Willamette River is stopped
A power outage at an Oregon City treatment plant caused the discharge of about 3 million gallons of raw sewage into the Willamette River Sunday.

Great Job Oregon City. Right in the middle of a record Salmon run. Why was there no back up system? Someone should be fired over this!!!!
