There are many products on the market for solar PV. Kyocera makes a particular system that has solar panels that are gray in color. If installed properly on a home's roof they are almost un-detectable. There are products coming out later this year and early next year. DOW Powerhouse solar shingles will be released for installation on homes. Re-roof with solar PV. If you make the product cheap enough and it lasts at least 20 years, like a lot of roofs last now, then it will become less of a financial burden and more of a financial necessity, in a world of rising energy rates.
