Ate there yesterday afternoon.(I'm from out of town). Just wondering why the service is SO SLOW. Thought those were supposed to be fast food places. Long John Silver's sure isn't!!

first of all it depends on what time you went in to eat there busy time is 12-2 i use to work there in i know how hard it can get because half the time they have one person doing both backline in drive thur that why i quit because i got tried of being used they use to made me do drive thur front line in backline all by my self when the other workers took there lunch because the manager was to sorry to help in half the time i didnt even get lunch in i work 8 hour shifts in i know for a fact it still the same so when you go in there take it easy on the workers cause some does work hard take the complants to the manager in long john is slow sometimes arby its all depends on who working in what manager are on

one of my friends killed a rat just outside of the food court trying to get into the back door. bad place to eat AND to work.

Okay yeah he killed a Rat OUTSIDE whooptieeee dooo! it was outside, not inside. they keep things clean in there i know i did work there and clean the place for a year, long johns is slow because they have alot of shit to do.. YOU WANT FRESH FOOD, you'll seriously have to wait for it.. because if they are slow then the food already up gets cold.. you dont want it cold do you.. didn't think soo.. thye have to drop it in grease to get fresh. Hated working there but it had nothing to do with the people. Just that i hated working in fast food.

A&W isnt much better. i ordered there late afternoon one day, an sat waited for over 25 mins. now thats what u call fast food. i asked them if they had to kill the damn cow, and dig the tatters first. the woman just looked at me like i was stupid. but now its like this, fast food is fast food... keep it under 1 to 2 mins in the drive through.

I only have 30 min. lunch and that's to get it, and then get back to work, try ording it, waiting 15 min. and come to find out it was the wrong order, the girl that works the drive-thru at A&W talks so low you can't hear a word she says.

If James would send in friends or family that people wouldn't know, James and Rich would see alot. And if they surpised there Mgts and other employees (the dollar and family dollar do onsite drug screens for minum wage jobs)with drug test, you would see why there is so much theft and drug use there.There Number and it is the phone book under James and Tammy Hall. There number is 662 and the rest is 4255.

People Please Let's get rid of these jerks at the food court or Make them give you your money back and Yes demand your money back. I had to call the West Liberty Police Department to get my money back and then like to never got it back and will never eat at LJ's and A&W again as long as Silva works there. NEVER!!!!!!!!! p.s. check for hair in food. Silva refuses and no other employee wears a hair net or hat. WHY?

I use to work there as well and I walked out because they would use up all the manhours in the morning and then in the afternoon you have to send one if not two home and then you have to keep food fried, keep service( drive thru times is a must or the Mgt get a write up unless you are Sylvia) and clean up morning shift and night shift's grease and mess. If Goldie and someothers would help out a little more then more would get done and if you really do want to do something then call James and Tammy Hall in the phone book and it is the 662 number. They will listen because they do care
