disability lawyers

[HELP]

DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A GOOD LAWYER THAT CAN HELP PEOPLE GET THERE DISABILITY IN A TIMELY MANNER? I DONT WANT TO HAVE TO WAIT FOR YEARS TO GET IT.

Grover Arnett in Salyersville,I applied in April of 2009,was approved in Dec.2009 and didn't even have to go to a hearing or in front of a judge. He got me approved quick!

I have a son that is very sick has been since he was a baby he is a teenager now.I had applied for disability for him since he was 2 year old.I had Grover Arnett,and Don Mcfarland for his lawyer and his still has not got approved.And i have seen people out here with nothing at all wrong with them and they have gotton approved for it.So tell me what am i doing wrong.

i was on the jury where the coal truck killed one person and ruined two others. john kirk was the lawyer for the family. truck company and coal company that overloaded it were good and put a hard fight, but they were no match for kirk. i've heard he is the best around. he sure was good in that trial

iam drawing 2100.00 from ss,,, ssi pays 640.00 max

[dont go for the gimmick]

you don't go in front of jury for social security disability or ssi. if you're turned down, a social security judge hears your claim and decides your case. disability is awarded on work credits, but to draw ssi there can be no household income. truck wrecks and social security are two completely different areas of law ... watch out, folks, for lawyer gimmicks ... Do I smell a gimmick here?

yes but with ss you have to wait 2 years for part b medical and then that does not pay everything and it comes out of your ck with ssi you get medical card first day and food stamps this is for people mostly sick or hurt and wanting to return to work possibly just to help through the hard times

my sister is a secretary at the social security headquarters in huntington. she tells me that year after year it is the kirk law firm that wins the most social security and ssi cases and have the best record and win about 9 out of every 10. she also says they get the job done fast. when i got hurt at matrix mining, i went to see john kirk. he took care of my comp and trey smith took care of my social security. my friend, archie, hurt at the same time went to conn. all he has seen so far are secretaries and a video. his cases are still going on. i think he is going to switch to kirk. i told him i would
