To those of you that could care less about inmates, not all inmates are bad people. Everyone makes mistakes. You should leave GOD up to the judging. You may to someday make a mistake rather it be by accident or not. Make one wrong turn in your car or change the radio station, drive so tired home after a double shift at work and cause a accident including fatalities.. You didnt mean to but now your charged with vehicular homicide! You should think before you speak! You dont know those inmates stories!

So sorry to hear of the damage at West Liberty and in Morgan County. My Whiteley and Keeton ancestors lived there during the 1800s, and I'm sure we have a lot of distant cousins we don't know who still live there. We have a lot of tornadoes here in Oklahoma, but you can rebuild and make things better than they were - we do that often enough here. We'll make a Red Cross donation for you all. Best wishes!
