Judge refuses to let parents of embezzler out of lawsuit
A judge has determined that the parents of the West Leyden woman who embezzled $1 million from the town of Lewis and two dairy cooperatives should remain defendants in the town's civil suit.

The town, in its lawsuit, is asking the court to annul the property's transfer back to the Wagners, order the Danos to account for all machinery, equipment, vehicles, farm animals and personal property that they sold or transferred over the past three years and prevent them from selling or disposing of any property or assets in their names.
Yes...these are the people call you a toothless mob and flagging all of your comments as "nuts" and "disagree" salt of the earth these folks, their arrogance will be their undoing, I hope they get nailed in court too! go ahead flag this comments as nuts!

but what about judge chase in turin? should he have to pay back all the money that came up missing during his term? i guess not i guess we should pay it back for him right? while he sits in his nice house and keeps ruining your pockets for 5 miles overthe speed limit crap.
