As a former employee I can tell you that it was not just co-workers talking about doing bad things to other co-workers. I admit I wasn't as nice as I could/should have been. I will always regret taking out these negative feelings on the customers. It was not any of you. It was the majority of the co-workers making the rest of us do their work, wait on all of you and then all of our work. Then we had Scott, if you were not in his 'click' then you were basically out in the cold no matter what was going on. I hope for Boonville and all of the customers that you will be getting a Tops market. Chain store or not you will not be gouged price wise and hopefully you will get a better class of employees.

That would be a pleasant change. It was quite obvious there was a problem with the employees. That place could be a damn gold mine if someone put forth the effort and did things properly... the deli departmant, christ the cold cuts look like they were thrown in a bag by a &&&&&%

Well when your only competition is great a then you don't need to be the best...just better. Which, considerig great a's service, isn't a hard goal. Pretty much gotta just put on deodorant and smile.

I really hope tops makes there employees take care of the customers a little better! Almost everyone of them in that store are rude and lazy! Its almost like they are going out of there way to put your shit in a bag! I shop there once or twice a week and just dread getting to the register to see an unpleasent little brat cash me out all while visiting and carrying on with there buddy! I wont even stop at the deli because heaven for bid they have to slice you a pound of turkey! whew!!

never had a problem at the deli, but the checkout?god forbid you interrupt somebody's conversation. after all, they're there to talk, not ring you up.

I wish they would stop putting out rotting veggies on the quick sale rack. If you go to Great American, their bargain rack has food that is still viable. I don't mind a dent or two, but hiding rot by turning veggies in the package or putting out green potatoes is just plain wrong. Big M bargains sometimes belong in the dumpster out back. Come on, stop this practice. You know better. Be honest.

A click at the grocery store? Really??? Sounds like it is time to put in a new set of management. True professionals would clean all this garbage up. A new broom sweeps clean.

That includes putting Scott on the back burner. He would make a good stocker. If you are a manager and allow this type of thing to go on, then you are not management material. Period.
