It is sad. The elderly kill more people than drunks, but no one wants to tackle that issue; they have money and vote. The old guy was on the wrong side of the highway! I see elderly people going 30 in a 65, weaving and straining to see the road every day. The elderly can be dangerous to others and often with deadly results.
