La Grange was a trashy place, lots of Ghetto trash even worked in this joint. Suffolk Cops were there a few times a week, fights, robery, theft, drug deals.
Typical Ghetto trash in La Grange.
I guess im done Ive said all I can about this historical place its old style charm and the great people who have worked there never mind the great people I have befriended there. Some people just want to say its a bad place and make sheet up just so they can jump on the bandwagon and be a part of the conformity. Some people just need someone to listen to them speak, well, Im done speaking and listening to all the people who probably never even been to the LaGrange speak poorly about it. I feel sorry for you if that waitress that you constantly pestered for her number while she was trying to make money to keep clothes on her kids back didnt give you the time of day.
See Ya and have a good life.
P.S. Hope you dont get salmonella at that lovely diner you eat at and enjoy your all beef patties on a sesame seed bun. Thank You and have a pleasant evening good night.

La Grange was well known spot to score drugs for the past few years thats how I think they stayed afloat. I heard they were tipped of DEA was closing in and the shut the doors. Nice from a ghetto catering hall.

Honestly this joint had more crack leaving the front door then it had in it's plaster. La Grange was more a front for drugs being so close to Central islip a stone throw away east to sell and score in this joint. Nice image a ghetto wedding hall that sell drugs.

Everytime I went there it seemed where all the old people went to eat. The drug stuff sounds odd unless it was with the employees.

Thats what Im trying to say and I dont know of any employees selling or using. This is just a bunch of people who want to stand up anonomously on a soapbox and talk trash that they have no idea about just because there is a forum to do it in. Like this guy saying it was a crack hotel. He has no idea that it hasent been a hotel since the roaring 20s and he`s from NYC shows hes not even from the area and La grange is on the south side of West Islip no where near Central Islip. Wow everytime I think Im out of the conversation these freegin idiots pull me back in again.

I think this was what brought down the La Grange:

It was probably going to be some kind of drug front.

La Grange was shut because of a drug deal gone bad. Owners were robbed at gun point but not killed, thats when they decided to shut the doors.

Drugs flowed like water in La Grange, no suprise with Islip.
