Joe is serving 15 yrs but is also waiting to be tried for conspiracy to murder and dismember the prosecutor and judge. Will spend rest of his life in prison.
Mike was convicted with a possible sentence of 30 -40 years.
Forfeiture and restitution hearing is today, then after judge's ruling he will be sentenced in the coming weeks/months

There should be a listing of crimes committed by type, you can pretty much pigeonhole an ethnic group into certain types of crimes. Sad but true.
