4 Long Island men charged with burglary in Dover, police say

State police charged North Babylon residents Jeffrey J. Heller, 23, and Andrew S. Castano, 24, and Erik J. Davidowitz, 25, of Deer Park and William W. Wiggin, 43, of Smithtown with third-degree burglary, a felony, possession of burglar tools, resisting arrest, both misdemeanors and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.
