Teen speaks out against cyberbullying at Congressional committee

Teen Dominique Napolitano sat before a House committee in Washington yesterday morning and urged parents and school administrators to take cyberbullying seriously.

Oh yes ... let's have the nanny state stop children from teasing and calling each other names ... We can do this .... but we can't stop teenagers from having sex ... nope ... can't stop that .. so we must give children condoms ... Hey ... I got an idea ... let's give children earplugs...
