The first 3 years you learn. The next three you show what you are made of. I am confident our community will be glad to re-elect him. Good Luck.

I'm just afraid of WHAT he learned on that board and from WHOM he learned it. I don't think I'll be taking a 3 year gamble to find out.

Good Luck Mike,
Keep finding your way through the dust, and speaking your mind when nobody else has, even if it means splitting hairs like you have done.

I believe the community will rally around you,
if they have sense at all.

What do you mean splitting hairs? That doesn't sound complimentary.

You're right! Wrong idiom. lets just say "keep rocking the boat Mike for the betterment of our kids".

Thanks TNT I stand corrected.

Just came from reading patch. A poster said pretty much said the same thing about Montes that you just said about Zotto: keep rockin'the boat for the betterment of our kids' except on patch the koolaiders jumped right in and accused Montes of wanting to be on the boe to instigate arguments with the other boe members! Thanks to all koolaiders for the transparent entertainment. LOL!

pssst - sizemore....you might want to stop talking about baseballs and being happy that Mike rocks the boat. You won't get a summer team and your kid'll have to ride the bench for the rest of the little league season.

So Westbrook was deemed to have safety issues because it was on a main road, so instead they move a portion of the Westbrook students into Bellew, which is on a much busier main road.

Good work, Mr. Zotto.

Yes good work Mr.Zotto and Thank you, sincerely. If anyone would care to ask Mr.Zotto the many reasons he chose Westbrook than you
should ask him. He said "all our schools weren't up to his standard
of safety" and he wants to make it safer. I have seen it firsthand what he was talking about regarding his safety concerns.
that your head would spin if you heard him. His reasoning wasn't only because it was on a main road (which is a mess) if you have traveled that road during school days . You bring additional students, busses, parents etc and it would be worse

And Bellew, as he pointed out many reasons why, he thinks is the "safest Elementary Schools we have". So be happy and the children will prosper.

Safey is not my forte but it is Mr Zotto's and I trust him with the safety of my kids.

I'm sure the fact that Bellew is his home school has nothing to do with his feeling that it is the safest school.

I have nothing against Mr. Zotto, and he appears to be interested in putting the students first. I just disagree with his logic.

I think Mike did an outstanding job,he cares more about the kids and there needs then all the rest ,just because he does not use the fancy words the other politicians use to sway voters, does not make him any less smarter ,he is street smart as well as book smart so more power to you Mike
