Why do you want to know their identity so much? So you can smear them in public? So you can make sure the district gives their kids the shaft? So you can have their kids ride the bench in WI Little League? Using people's kids in order to get back at their parents is REAL PRODUCTIVE huh.
Why do you give someone else so much power over you or your kids?

If that ever happened to me or one of my kids I would be screaming on the front lawn of the District Office or the home of the Pres of WI Little League with every newspaper & TV Station.

I agree with your first sentence, but the rest of it would be a complete waste of time.

Nobody has actually asked the question. If you want the answer, you need to go ask the question. Topix is not a communication tool to reach the people you want, however, you obviosly know by your post above that the information you seek is available or you can easily visit simon during his office hours to ask. Dont want to leave your computer? Send an email. oh, but all of that would require your identity also be public. right, your better off just complaining here. real productive.
"Nobody has asked the question. If you want the answer, you need to ask the question."
Wow, you know the facts here about what questions are being asked and what aren't.
I don't OBVIOUSLY know what information is available and what is not. I see stuff shared on the district website and it makes me wonder why something like a business arrangement isn't shared with the district residents.
Information regarding policies and curriculum is shared, information about sex offenders is shared, information about issues in the district is shared, but what isn't shared is the most curious.
Rather than occupy Mr. Simon who is a very busy man, right? Why wouldn't it be more efficient to give the information freely and save valuable time. I've seen it done before for less pressing and less concerning reasons.
Finally, are you suggesting that by revealing my identity that would be a concern for me? From what you wrote, I would like to know how my identity (if I inquired to Mr. Simon during an office visit or an email) become PUBLIC?
Forget it, you've said a mouthful already.

May I add something to your wise, common sense post?
Perhaps the reason why Annmarie Larosa and Helene Tsouprakos's (supposed) dissolution of partnership was not made available to the public is because although they have a very easy time pulling the proverbial wool over the eyes of exhausted mothers of preschoolers, it's not so easy to do with the other 90% of WI.
Quick, someone que up the theme from Jaws!

I disagree about the other 90% of WI. Of the other 90%, some people don't know what is going on right under their noses, and some people know but don't care, but the rest are actually supportive.
Because of technology, we have the internet. Everything goes on the internet. The school district is fully operating with the internet so there is no reason to not put the documents that pertain to these leases on the internet for all the tax payers to peruse.
‘Sunlight Is the Best Disinfectant’

"Sunlight is the best disinfectant,” a well-known quote from U.S. Supreme Court Justice Louis Brandeis, refers to the benefits of openness and transparency. I invoke this quote often as executive director of the NYSSCPA, to illustrate that the most credible and respected organizations operate in an atmosphere of avowed openness. We should not only accept criticism and suggestions, we should embrace them. If questions from constituents, the public, or the media make leaders or other responsible parties obfuscate, the questions are usually valid and the answers are not. People who feel uncomfortable under the bright light of scrutiny and criticism often have something to hide." Louis Grumet Executive Director, NYSSCPA.
