Being one that grew up in Helena as a child and then working as a police officer for many years to try and make it a good place to call home has really gone to sh&t. Nothing wrong with blacks being the leaders now but the kind that are in power now are a bunch of low life crooks. People like LT Sims, Jimmy Boot Leg Wilson and so many others have run that place in the ground. I can remember many years ago as a officer standing outside the WHPD when LT Sims drove up in a new white with a black top Cadillac and I made the commit that it was a nice car. He said yep its just like this place is going to be one day. Then he said black on top and white on the bottom. Well I guess his wish and some others has came true. He's sitting right on top of that pile of sh$t that he and his buddy's created. I hated to leave my home town and it was hard to do at first. If that kind of place is all you know you are really missing something great. There's a new world outside of Phillips Co. for all black, white, red or green that is great. You just have to leave and never look back. It's hard at first I know but it will be the best move you will ever make. No place is as bad and corrupted as that place is. I guess I only have one other commit. Now that you have it what are you going to do with it?

Lt and his gang also ruined the h wh school district. How many times has the state taken over now. It is a shame. But, these few men are not the soul reason this town is where it is today. They are the problem now. This town was corrupt when white people ran it too. Surely you have not forgotten. Choices made here years ago still haunt this town today.

it's not helping by you leaving and never looking back everywhere you go it's the same so you can run but you can't hide cause if you relocate you never know who or what you are heading to so what I'm saying it's not your hometown so you just don't know. you have to speak up you spoke up too late the comment has been made years ago and there's nothing you can do about it now but I can tell you this I am cooperating and sticking behing my hometown cause if I hear something like that being said I am getting it over to the right person so yes i am working undercover.
so becareful what you say on facebook, twitter, inboxing.

Working undercover? Man, anyone who works undercover or is an informant does not tell people that so go tell that to someone else because on topix it isnt hard to find out who someone is just by doing a reverse ip look up.

Also, if you was undercover and you told people that youd be out of a job if you worked for a pd and if you was a informant youd be charged with obstruction of inveatigation because you have to sign a contract stating you will never state you are a informant unless you have to go to court and even then no one would know unless you completed your assignment.

I love how people get on here with bs

Didn't know you had on Facebook page I only saw what was on TOPIX and that was by accident. If you are really Fugate then I do want to speak to you about some things in Helena. By the way reverse Ip's don't tell you who someone is on a public computer or behind a firewall or with a private IP. Good to know wouldn't you say?

Actually its not as hard as people think, just need to take a class and it teaches you all you need to know. If you wanna get even deeper into it you can take other classes. In 2 years you can learn to hack.

Also, yes this is me. Facebook me at timothy fugate

You have a lot of inaccuracies for it not to be that hard. You also have to acquire it first. Do you really believe all this stuff you say or just hoping everyone else does.

Mr. Haney speaks the truth. Unfortuantley you have to drive awhile to find that better place. You won't find it in Phillips, Lee, Monroe, St. Francis, Deshae or Arkansas Counties. You won't find it across the river in those ssissippi counties either. I am not a racist, but I've seen enough to know that if the population of a city is more than 35% black, there will be high crime, poor education and bad government. Less than 35% does not guarantee good government btw. That said, there are plenty of white trash folks out there doing and selling drugs, stealing and making babies they don't take care of too.

It's really not that hard. When I used to bounty hunt we had a guy who could trace any internet posts and give us a addees. Only would take him 20 minutes, that's how I got a lot of my people.
I was going to take the class he took but never got around too it.

I know twitter, facebook and myspace he can, but, topix should be the same way.

Matter fact a couple years ago i read somewhere someone was arrested from i believe it was topix. Dunno how the cops done it but the guy was writting on topix from his phone and they found him by the phones gps.

So dont say it cant be done, everything can be traced.

I know of a pi in florida for 250 can gps locate any phone within 50 of where it is located... We had it done about 6 years ago but doing it on misd cases isnt worth the money

The ip was requested from topix if it wasn't log in name, period. Now a few people have been sued over topix. But the ip's was all requested from topix. As a former officer you "should" know a person can't go to court saying they cracked topix to acquire an ip. That itself would be against the law. Then to even continue you would have to prove it's the persons ip rather than just say it is. So no, topix was not cracked to acquire an ip for legal reasons.
