To all us is running people in the ground at the ball park you are need to get a life. Anthony Arnold is a nice and honest person. The rest of the people at the ball park that help out are honest and nice as well. Until you can get out there and bust your butt to help at the ball park then I suggest you don't be running the people that are out there busting their butt to help keep the ball park clean and all into the ground.

I really hate to read all of the awful comments about our ballpark on this site. For one its not getting any of us anywhere. The ballpark is never going to be perfect nor are the people running it. We can sit and point fingers and blame and nag each other to death but will get no good result from it. I feel maybe TCAA needs to hold a public meeting (advertised on FB, newspaper, radio and wherever else) and invite everyone to attend to voice concerns and complaints and maybe remedy some of this mess. I grew up playing ball here and want to see my kids get to do the same but at the rate we are going we are all going to lose out!! I commend anyone for taking any of their time to work at the ballpark. I personally do not have the time to do it nor do I want to put myself in the position to get constantly complained at. We all probably have something we are not happy with at the ballpark. I do have a few complaints. For one, I personally know of two people who offered their time and equipment (free of charge) to help with anything that needed to be done at the ballpark. They were told thank you but has never been called upon to help. Maybe they didn't need the help but as far as I an see Im sure there was something they could have used him for. There is always something that needs maitenance or work. Or maybe they didn't want someone else getting credit for doing something out there....I don't know but for whatever reason his offer was denied. My second complaint really involves parent/coach behavior. Parents and coaches alike are ruining the experience/memories for our kids. Coaches that complain about every call and show out are teaching our kids nothing but bad sportsmanship and parents who stand at the fence and yell at the players on the field negatively are also teaching bad sportsmanship. The only yelling from a spectator should be an encouraging cheer of support. If you don't agree with a coach or an umps call it does no good to yell at the players, umps or coaches. They are not going to reverse the call because you don't agree. Take it up with them after the game. Quit ruining the kids time and let them just play ball. This could be controlled though by the umps if they would grow a backbone but I do realize we have young kids out there trying to do this job. The umps need to step up and stand their ground and get control of the game. Be fair, be honest and get control regardless of who is coaching the teams. I wish nothing but the best for our ballpark. Hopefully everyone will begin to work together for the benefit of out ballpark!

I think a public meeting would be a great idea. Because there are many issues and concerns that need to be addressed. Tball is the greatest league because its strictly for fun. No drama, coaches are great and no board member out there to change any rules! lol
