What is the best place to get home health for my ailing father? He will need hospice soon too. Any experinces- good or bad?

don't use deaconess- they have a nurse names daphne that is a bitch!

The hospital here has home health and hospice- I used the home health and they were excellent. Its Forrest Gneral Hospital.

Camellia is another option other than Forrest General. I have heard good things about how nice their people were. I have never heard of Deaconness.

I would say amedysis home health.They are great! Very caring understading and lovable. will go out of their way to help you. I work with this company and love this company more than others. Its not just a job a very friendly environment.

does this person still work there? that is terrible!

I don't really know anything about that person, but Deaconess took care of my mother before she died. They couldn't have been any better. We had a great experience and I'd recommend them to anybody.

My friend's mom was taken care of by Neva from FGH Hospice and Homecare and she was an angel. She checked on her all day and night on her last day and was very comforting to the family when she passed.
