I've known Angel for quite sometime and it's not fair that he has been described as armed and dangerous because far from it he is he's a young man that has a big heart he just got caught up with the wrong people. It's easy to pass judgment on someone you do not know yes he messed up by doing what he has done but i'm 100% sure that he is remorsefull for what has taken place. This should not make who he is. That's a problem with officials they are so quick to label people and make an example but today I want to speak up on Angel's behalf because this young man helped me out a couple of times when I was involved in domestic violence this boy not knowing me well at all at the time saw what was going on and stepped in to defend me. In my eyes that was courageous and for the "bad" guy you all claim he is he always gave my young son good advice about staying in school and doing good things with his life the problem with society is that they are so quick to judge people especially when we are not of the white nature. I would trust and feel safe with my life in Mr. Carrion's hands than in the Hartford Police's hands any experience i've had with the Hartford police has been bad I have been treated poorly by them and mind you I've never been in trouble in my life always have been a law abiding citizen and will continue to do so but understand this Angel is and will always be a great person in my eyes who just got caught out with the wrong people and we all know how peer pressure can be I mean really if he was such a bad person why did he turn himself in? trust me when I say that The hartford police had absolutely anything to do with him turning himself in and yet they sit back and TRY to take credit for a job they never did because Angel through his choice turned himself in. I do not care if people think I am messed up in my head or whatever because I am just as sane as all of you and by God probably more sane than a majority of these nut cases out here. I feel that the Hartford police should be cleaning up inside there precints the way they attempt to do so out here and as we all can see are failing to do so. Angel if for any reason you have had a chance to read this know that you have the support of all my family and know that we know that you are a love.

Angel is a great person so talk all you want about him but you don't even know him so that makes ya just as ignorant as the next Angel screwed up and he is now doing his time so just stay off this Man's back and stop trying to make him out to be some ghetto person he is a young man who felt he needed to protect his people for whatever reason but if you knew Angel the way I do you would know that Angel is a good person with a great heart so while you are printing your 1/2 ass facts print the facts that Angel is an intellegent person who would have been someone if he would not had did what he did and trust me when I tell you that the want to be victims were never victims because they carried weapons and were always getting into stuff and no i'm not saying they deserved this because nobody does but they are not victims they are people who threatened harm to him and his peoples you make your bed you lie in it so Angel made his bed when he shot and now he is lieing in it because he has turned himself in so get off his back and Hartford Police ain't no better how dare them threaten to take someone's child just because they could not do their job and find Angel shame on them and know that this is why a majority of people have no respect for the Hartford Police they are a joke to alot of people hiding behind their badges and abusing their authority someone needs to properly train them (police).
