he was caught stealing and pulled gun on the cops.Has any one heard more?

busted at advanced auto parts.He had the gun to the officer's stomach and the officer grabbed the gun with his finger in the firing pin,Rusty kept clicking the trigger and the firing pin could not go off.The officiers finger was all chewed up.He will be put away this time.He wasted his whole life.What a shame.He owned nothing but the cloths on his back.All he wanted was drugs.

oh he probably will get some time it is a shame that he has wasted his whole life or a good part of it on drugs he is one of those ppl that drugs will end up killing and its a wonder that this time was not the time for that

he was a spoiled brat, that had everything handed to him on a silver platter. Look where it got him. This has been a long time coming.
I hope he gets what he deserves.He could have killed a worthy officer.
He has been pampered long enough! Drugs or no drugs, he has had more chances than most people ever get and never did anything of value.

i agree with you i graduated with him have known him all my life and also know his sister i bet she is real proud of him this time and yes he needs to get whats coming to him

Don't know him- but sounds like a undesireable person to have in our town.
He's lucky the cop didn't pull and fire- that would definately been justified.
But the cop saved 2 lives- one his own and worth it- one this criminal's and probably not worth it.
Now we have to pay to feed and house him- so he can start it all over if and when he get's out.

its on the front page of the douglas enterprise it was him and sabrina myers laster. she was trying to return stolen items to advance the officer went out to check warrants on her and saw a man in the parking lot of the dodge place when confronted rusty pointed the gun at the officer he was armed with a big gun a .22
