I guess the people concerned had it removed. Maybe because of a lawsuit pending. I think there are others gone too, one of the double murder is gone.

It sounds like "some people" might be right. In fairness to both parties we should let the legal process work, not have a trial in a blog.

I agree. As I stated earlier, the court of public opinion is cruel. But, pulling a blog off of topix is not going to change that. It could add more fuel to the gossip fire. I really don't know everything that has been alleged by either party. What I know I have seen here, heard from other people and a short conversation with one of the parties spouses. Funny though all three accounts differ in some ways. If it the type of case that has been talked about, I don't believe that it will ever see a formal trial.
