I know for a fact you don't want to go to Jacksons!!! He's a jerk! I got a pool from them and they put in a totally different pool than the one I paid for!! I paid for a nicer one than the one I got and he never made it right!!
BAM-Just wondering about your comment. I bought a pool from Dave Jackson this year. I saw a picture and piece of the pool that I was getting. You should have seen that too. There is no way to get the wrong pool - you have a signed contract with the pool name on it. At least I do - with everything fully wrote out. So why would they even try to do that? Mr Jackson has been selling pools for a long time. He has always taken good care of my Dad & their pool, which is why I went there. Something just does not sound right.

I bought a new pool this year from Dave Jackson - he told me the standard sizes were 48" or 52" deep without having a deeper end. That is true, I called another pool dealer that carries the same brand. They said the same thing. The most I could go was 52" unless I wanted the deeper end. Maybe that was what your parents were told too. I have had really good luck with my pool and my service. Sorry your parents did not.

I am not Dave Jackson, I just happen to have done my home work and know what I wanted. I shopped alot on line and locally before I purchased my pool. I have had good luck with my pool and stuff.

Did he (Dave Jackson) used to work at or own Paradise Pools and Spas in Carterville?
They DO owe me money for work on their building.

When Jacksons first came to West Frankfort they were very helpful, but now they are down right rude!! Guess they are getting enough business now that they are not worried about keeping their customers anymore.

Hello to everyone, to site was brought to my attention by a customer that has posted on here.

I am sorry if you feel that we are rude. I have not been working at the WF location much this year.@Well in DQ, we ALWAYS care about keeping our customers happy.

Also I would LOVE to know who (REALLY IS IN MARION), to my knowledge we do not owe anybody any money for working on our building. Mainly since we only used a few close friends & family to help us get the new West frankfort location ready.

I am truly sorry about these post. We try to run a good honest business. I know we can not please everyone but we do try to help anyone who comes into the store. Even if they do not buy their supplies from us.

Thanks- Karen Jackson

same thing with mine. They ordered a deeper one then got one that's almost 4died ft deep when they asked why it was so short they said they didn't make then that deep.I think they just screwed up and didn't want to fix it.

Jacksons is the place to go, I bought a pool from them this past summer and they were very helpful...I had checked the other place in town first(earthworks) and I just didn't feel comfortible with them, you walk in and there is not very much pool stuff at all and its all back in a corner. to me if you sell pools etc you should have them out in the open all the time....Anyway the people at Jacksons still continue to be a big help.

I've never dealt with Earthworks but I have had dealings with Jackson's. I work in insurance and on multiple occasions Mr Jackson has made trips to people's homes to work up estimates for repairs to pools or hot tubs and never charges a penny. Of course, he hopes that people will purchase from him in the future but MANY times people keep the money or go elsewhere. He's always gone the extra mile and been very honest. Not one of my customers has ever complained about his service. I should also note most other companies charge a fee to do what he does for free.
