Really? Always thought that the animals there weren't cared for properly! I hope it's just not a fine that's levied against these abusers; jail time is more appropriate for this inhumanity. Maybe if people faced charges in the death of animals the way they do in the death of humans, things will change! So sad!

Why would the consequences be the same for killing an animal and killing a human? If that is the law, everybody would be in prison.

It looks like you can get away with murder in Putney but don't try to put up a cell tower or pave a park and ride Still holds the rating of the "Village of the Damned"
