Preparation is not always enough. My grandson started kindergarten this year, Already he has a new teacher. This left mt daughter in tears. No one bothered to tell the parents of the transition... just happened. Why was there a meeting with the new teacher a week past. Just having him walk to his class in back of the school by himself is about all she can handle.
