Town of 200 ? It should not be to diffacult to pay for a U.S. Postal carrier to deliver mail door to door in a few small towns, after all the pony express delivered. An this is the richest Nation in the world, "ARE "THEY" saying "THEY" don't have the money ?

Seems to me the Postal service is "TOP HEAVY" !

There should not be much doubt, about top heavy. The Air Force is releasing 40 thousand troops and permoting 4 thousand officers to General.

What is that is said about to many Chiefs ?
