I think Reality should rename himself to OUT OF REALITY. You are mis-informed about West Covina and clouded by hate and biase. Its kind of sad and funny at the same time. There were no big pay off to anyone, especially to City Council. Every decision the City COuncil made was with good intentions for the betterment of the City. Well, I take that back, there is one City Council member who is and will always remain OUT OF REALITY. Hopefully, in the future, he will no longer be on City Council as he is just like you, negative. I think it would have passed if there had been a provision to seperate the districts by mid-evil type of moats. Then we could link the moats and create a city wide public transportation system of log rides. Who would not vote for that?

If you look into who is getting paid on the side to do things that are not in the best interest of WC - you will find out for yourself who is the worst of the two evils. Go to city hall and check the records - they speak for themselves. You can ask for a copy of the documents that show which politicians are affiliated with the business' in WC.

It would be nice for a change if you guys would speak with a bit of knowledge of political government. I ran for school board many years ago and it takes money to get your message out. The money that was donated to my campaign was NOT for my personal use or paid my rent but to pay for postage and printing of my mailers and paper and yard signs. That by the way was extremely expensive.

Those that donated to my campaign were not only residents but businesses, teachers unions etc. that wanted to help me get in office. It was merely for the sake of putting a good person that would be reasonable in place.

The city council is the same. The projects that take place are done legally and there is no evidence of the slanderous lies some of you speak of. I find it ironic that you slander some council but don't slander the others. Seems a bit hypocritical to me. And even more so that you vote for Sykes but he doesn't even report where he received his money and better yet, his wife in charge of yes on D spent over 25,000 but did not report where they got their money from.

Sykes spend the same if not more in this election as the other council. Yes check out the forms. And check out the projects and the details of those projects that there have been no givaways or anything that some of you say.
