Nick Conway to stick SGVCOG with his legal bills

Old Nick Conway, being true to his 'ways' has asked the SGVCOG to pay for his legal bills, since they reaped the rewards for his illegal activities and voted on it to allow him to steal.
Southern California, SGVCOG is ripe for another "i'm an idiot" award.
Now Nick COnway will pick the pockets of the tax payers of Southern California cities that are members of SGVCOG, I do believe it's around 31 give or take the ones that will be leaving the disgraced Org. called SGVCOG.
Told Ya So!

Who will Nick Conway/SVCOG take down with him?
I've got a list but lets wait and see for our selves?

Don't forget Nicholas T. Conway of SGVCOG will be seen live in person Monday July 23, 2012 at:
Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center
210 West Temple St.
Los Angeles, CA 90012

No one is above the law, not even Nick Conway!
Going down Nick Conway.

Could it be that Nick Conway is planning on throwing his good friends on the sgvCOG's Board of Directors under the bus in order to save his own skin from a long trip to prison?
We will be watching this closely.
And still the sgvCOG continues to conduct business in it's usual idiotic fashion, thats the best that sgvCOG can do since Nick Conway there leader is facing Felony charges in court next month.

The $20,000 Plus in dues we are supposed to send to the sgvCOG should definitely be put on ice until the Glendora City Council examines the issues.
The Executive Director of the SGVCOG was arrested for 4 felony charges of conflict of interest.
This is some very serious stuff, and not the time for the usual shenanigans.

That Nick Conway who has a new NCK name: Dirty bag.

Nick Conway of Pasadena, California has been arrested in 2012 and will attend his court trial and then be convicted and sent to prison.
SGVCOG is short on brains and money after supporting this criminal.
Yep, old Nick Conway is digging deep in to SGVCOG funds

The San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments Thursday, August 16, 2012 cancelled portions of a contract with Conway's firm, Arroyo & Associates Inc.
Then fumbled through the steps to hired away three of his employees.
Then the sgvCOG went into emergency CLOSED SESSION to try and iron out the details not made public during the open meeting held on August 16, 2012.
These people who went into the CLOSED SESSION are ina near state of FEAR over legal step that may take place at what ever they do!

Those mentioned three clowns (jeffers, Kagul, Betta) from Glendora, California city government and the entire city council are worthless, they all conspired along with Nick Conway to steal from the tax payers of California and the Federal government.
In order to stave off more defections by local cities, the governing board of the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments has moved to separate itself from its embattled Executive Director Nick Conway, who is facing four felony conflict-of-interest charges.
The regional agency Thursday night cancelled key portions of a contract with Conway's firm, Arroyo & Associates Inc., and hired away three of his employees. The COG board also gave a qualified thumbs up to a plan to hire a new executive director and make that hire an employee, instead of a contractor."
Day late, much more than a dollar short.
sgvCOG needs new leadership and members who can pass a POLYGRAPH TEST first.

It would not be impossible for regional organizations to be helpful. A new format is needed, not the top down approch but the bottom up approch.
So far the SGVCOG has been a big failure, but here's how they could contribute:
1.) Listen to the people who live in the cities - so, for instance, a Glendora representative would actually get information from Glendora, California residents.
2.) Take the residents' concerns to the regional gatherings.
3.) Inform the other representatives, and listen to the tasks they were given by the people they serve.
4.) Compare the local agendas with the state's agendas.
5.) Compose communication that negotiates with the state, or, if needed, flat out refuses state mandates that conflict with local goals.
Then we'd all be proud of membership in regional organizations. As it is now, they are only a source of shame and embarrassment.

Mr. King of the city of Walnut has pulled that cities membership and La verne has suspended theirs just because of Nick Conways legal problems.
The insurance carrier of the "San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments" SGVCOG has REFUSED a claim to cover Nick Conways legal fees.
Alliant Insurance Services sent a letter to the SGVCOG dated August 22, 2012 stateing the company would not cover Nick Conway's legal fees.
In short SGVCOG would have to cover their own MESS they created, that means dig in to the DEEP pockets of each member city.

Wonder what Nick Conways going to do next?
Punt or fall down with the ball?
Either way 30 cities and a few county supervisors and water boards are in DEEP $$ trouble.

Ex Post Facto, the new law cannot apply to old acts.
Otherwise you could be charged for things that were not a crime when you did them.
The logic being of course that a reasonable and prudent person would not have done it if the act was already illegal.
Blame this one on our legal system being based on old English common law.
The way to get around the ex post facto rule is to use the RICO act and seize all assets, including pension payments.
Which is what I would recommend for the city of Bell felons, Cudahy felons, Vernon felons, Irwindale felons and of Course NICK CONWAY of the SGVCOG - felon.
Technically, they would still get their pension, just the monthly payment would just never get to them.

Have the backers of Proposition 31 heard of our very own local "Nick con Conway?"
Since the SGVCOG has now been exposed as a mechanism to enrich Nick Conway and our local representatives as farcical actors in his production, why would anyone in this region give this proposition any serious consideration at all.
A complete failure, the sgvCOG should be disbanded and turned over to honest citizens committee.

GET OUT Glendora, California.
I understand Walnut and other cities have bailed but the sgvCOG is CONwaying the membership by not telling anyone.
Apparently 20 percent of the Cities have already witheld their membership.
They officially are not members next month.
WTF is wrong with our Glendora City Council?
Why do they stay in this corrupt organization.
Where is our City Council Leadership?
Get us out now!
When they get arrested, then we will replace them and have some honest elected offcials here in Glendora, California.
Go away Douglas Tessitor and Gene Murabito.

Good news and Bad news for sgvCOG, now it appears Glendora city manager Chris Jeffers has gotten into the fray in trying to save sgvCOG from it's self. Alhambra City mayor Barbara Messina has created too many enemys.
From those who attend a sgvCOG's latest meeting pretty much felt A.C.E. would win out and be able to seperate fromn sgvCOG, what's bothering the sgvCOG member's right now is who is going to pay for Nick Conways legal defense fund?
Glendora's last city council meeting September 25, 2012 has a special "closed Session" meeting item, Impending lawsuit. This could be the one Nick Conway will be filling against each and every city in the sgvCOG to force them to pay for his sinful defense.

It's always nice to hear something new about Nick Conway of the sgvCOG.
Since so many crooked people stood and are still standing by him, like Chris Jeffers of Glendora, California.
One of Jeffers buddies had to leave Glendora in a hurry, seems there were issues that had become to hot to handle and cover up anymore.
So off went Josh Betta to the City of Bell, California?

We haven't mention th4e name of Nick Conway sgvCOG member for a while?
His buddies on the outside are waiting to find out what happend next to Nick Conway also, because either way it's going to cost somne serious MONEY.
OCTOBER 12, 2012..

This all reminds me of Nick Conway and his sgvCOG connections a 4 Felony charges and final arrested.
Los Angeles County Assessor John Noguez, was arrested October 17, 2012 Wednesday along with Mark McNeil, a principal assessor, and Ramin Salari, a tax consultant and Noguez campaign contributor.
Noguez, whose real name is Juan Renaldo Rodriguez, is charged with 24 felony counts, 13 counts of misappropriation by a public officer, five counts of perjury, four counts of accepting bribes and two counts of conspiracy.
This could lead back to people living and working in Glendora, California also like it did with Nick Conway.
