The Crazy Horse was presented to the city as a restaurant/entertainment venue where great country music stars would be performing. Once the doors opened, it the service of food ceased and it became a hip hop nightclub. For the record, WC only allows restaurants with dancing/entertainment but usually once the dancing and entertainment begins, the restaurant section of the business closes down and we have another night club. I'm also wondering about Mike Touhey's statement that "...we're laying people off too." Does this mean that city hall employees are on the chopping block?

The lease for those properties are way too high. Since the Lakes next door are being forclosed the owner sought it to be a better move to close down then to see it through.

Live a block away from this place. Not the kind of place to take your wife or your family. I wish they could have made it more appealing to the community and not just target the young and wild...
