Bad Customer Service

I tried to schedule our office holiday gathering before Thanksgiving...I ask for the Manager or owner @ Nonnah's in the Vista- but didn't get to speak w/ one... but I spoke with this rude man that was short & sharp with me about scheduling a party. I was able was not able to get the date wanted & with that said..Nonnah's has always been a favorite of mine.. I wanted to schedule for a day that was open & this person was not really interested in helping me... so I took my company business to Blue Tappus and they got our $5000.00 business.

On New Years Eve...I called to see if Nonnah's had call ahead seating or what the wait was for my spouse and myself. Again, same rude man. Very sharp & rude with his words. We still came and the serve was wonderful.. met one of the ladies that makes the desserts.

I do know who the guy is that answers the phone...but he sure shouldn't.

This is a little feeling from a man who calls himself Festus/Captain Jack Sparrow. He asked me to spread it around so I am obliging. He enjoys kicking former donors to his NOT legit charity, Elijah Saw the Wheel, while they are down. This is an example of some of his cruelty. He enjoys rubbing it in that these girls got a limo ride while we struggled to eat, and mocked that we dared to ask him for help in any manner (although we have donated in the past to a total of about $200 EASY in goods to Keldon). This is what Jackie is really like:

You begged us for help and had you not lied and played us you might have gotten it Remember the care package I told you about LOL yeah in the end it was about 500.00 that could have been yours but Two teenage girls were more deserving than you add in another 285.00 for the first 3 hours of the limo and another 85.00 for the last hour thats almost a grand !
for two kids we knew pretty much nothing about
so yes I am MR Evil and I am good at what I do

This 'woman' had her advances rejected by this man Festus. She took it hard. She is now stalking him and will not leave him or any of his friends alone. Straight up: the b1tch is psycho.

Everyone stay clear of her and don't put any credence to anything she posts here.

This crazed stalker has threatened the lives of this man's girlfriend and his girlfriend's kids. She has also threatened the lives of his friends and anyone that supports him.

Everything shes posts is a lie. And she is real good at lying. Avoid her and her posts at all costs. If not, you could be the next person she threatens.

The rooftop bar at the ale house in the vista has horrible service and the majority of the waitstaff are brain dead sorostitutes. I asked the girl for a Guiness draft and she said "What is that? I don't think we have that" I had to point out to her that the tap was right in front of her face.

Blue tapas bar has the best service I have seen in a while in the vista. All of the employees are polite and take wonderful care of their patrons.
