No, if this isn't a scam, I don't know what is.

The mother causes the accident, so the grandmother sues her and the town for money. If the mother had custody ond posession of the kids how can the grandmother sue except by using lies.

How is this the towns fault? Even if he signaled incorrectly, the mother should not have tried passing the vehicle until he turned! Isn't it illegal to pass a vehicle on the left???

Oops mistyped. It's not illegal to pass on the left. Either way she should have waited to move until the vehicle turned.
