Lewis rails-to-trails plan may change to non-motorized vehicles

Lewis County legislators still may pursue a rails-to-trails project, but initial development likely would be nonmotorized and subject to local jurisdiction.

Oh boy, now Carthage people can walk to Lowvile Walmart to shop. then up to Montague for lunch. once they get the walkway, the Atv s will be added late, you can`t bar hop on foot. Remember to walk safe and save lewie from another law suit.
