My father-in-law has a 1 bedroom mobile home for sale in WI Dells. It is in Fairway Mobile Home Park near Highway 12 and County Road A. There is a website on it at:

A mobile home would be cool to own as an inlaw house in your backyard, but to pay 300-700 bucks a month in rent to park it seems pointless. Especially if you have to buy the home. What if the mobile park loses its status as a trailer park? Alot of times cities will rezone and force parks out as commercial areas. Because people hate trailer parks. Seriouslly, invest in a condo, instead. at least it's co-op property.

There are several mobile homes available in those parks. The board outside the office posts them.
