oh wonderful!!! now Dominic the fatass dumbass lawyer has a private investigator on the job that has video that he won't show of a sober Diane at a convenience store trying to buy tylenol or advil for the abcessed tooth she had for 7 weeks...that she was using marijauna each nite to help her sleep, and the ex drug addict clerk should know that she wasn't drunk which he has sworn to...OH PLEASE this case gives me grief in so many ways...where was she for the next 3 hrs .. she stopped at that store at like 10 or 10:30 am, who called her at 12:08pm and spoke to her for 2 minutes that the investigator will not tell who it was...she KILLED these kids and those poor men...stop sticking up for a murdering bitch.

If there was a blood infection from an abcessed tooth it would show up in her blood....bottom line, if she ever had a stroke in her entire lifetime they have tests for that, i had one last year...they can tell if you had a stroke ever...they tested for strokes...and i'm sure they can tell if she had an abcessed tooth also...

I am trying to give the women the benefit of the doubt. I was not there and neither was anybody else and this story doesn't sit right with me. That's all. Don't get into a tizzy over it. It's just my opinion.

Sorry, but it was me who first suggest Ambien, just on a lark.
But interestingly, it says in one of the tabloids that the driver's family said she had an absessed tooth.
Had her tooth been aching and at the rest stop had she taken some over-the-counter medication, and then figured a hit of vodka might help (and supposedly she was not a drinker so she would be more sensitized to the booze), the combination of the over-the-counter drug and alcohol might have been what caused her to whack-out.
Just speculating.

Maybe she thought she was taking tylenol and it really was ambien cr? Just food for thought. I know they did an autopsy and the drug results take a while. We all should be patient for the results and see what comes of it. For example...Billy Maze...I would never think that he killed himself with drugs. Like 3 or 4 of them if I am correct. And these days, who knows who takes them or who is given them with their knowledge or not. See my point?

Kbev...Noone is saying that you don't go by the "books" per say, but you are calling people stupid and muderers and what not. This is a place to blog how you feel about a situation and that is all. first off i DID NOT come up with the ambien theory, the person that did posted and said it was them not me..so that said..i have the divine right just as anyone else to call some drunk ass woman that made a choice to drink and drive a murderer..in fact if she had lived she would be arrested and tried for murder...where do you live that this wouldn't be so...it is my opinion and that is that...you can't tell me what i can say and what i cannot say..so stop responding to me and just ignore me if you don't like what i have to say..because i won't "curb" my opinion or thoughts to satisfy you....i have more respect than that..for people's opinions...what makes you the moderator here?

you're right who knows why she drank, i still want to know why she threw away her cellphone after talking to her brother and who the call was that was at 12:08 pm that day right before she got onto the taconic...it's such a sad situation and i do take it to heart..it could have been my family or your family or anyone's in that other vehicle ... not even mentioning her own...very sad and at 1pm in the afternoon, this wasn't late at nite..like most drunk driving accidents..it's very very sad...

have you ever seen ambien? ambien is small and blue..doesn't look like tylenol at all..also if you read the articles on this they put a rush on the tox tests..they are already in and that is how they reported alcohol and marijauna.

again i agree..........you know when i heard that they found her cell phone on the floor even before we found out she was drinking i knew she was angry and thats why the cell phone was on the floor. and yes that phone call or calls are key . though even if the other person on the other side of the phone made her angry as hell still its her decision to do what happened after the call. i try to always blame the others for when i egt mad but it is actually how you handle it, she did not handle it if indeed the person on the phone made her angry

actually her phone was not even found in the vehicle...it was found where she pulled over after getting off the tappan zee bridge, it's reported she spoke to her brother and then tossed her phone, yet the private investigator mentions another call that lasted 2 minutes that he will not discus...she had the conversation then discarded the phone...most people do that when they are angry..throw their phone away..so no one could reach them...a person found the phone and when they realized whose it was they turned it into law enforcement.
