WEST BABYLON: Fire department bond referendum defeated

A bond referendum that would have allowed the West Babylon Fire Department to buy property and expand was defeated by eight votes this week.

booooooo hoooooooooooooo joey joey joey.. booooooo hooooooo .. we need new commissioners, they are spending tax payers money like water. with the price of fuel going thru the roof you would think that they 5 ass wholes would conserve because we know the budget will rise due to this oil problem. But no they keep buying things we dont need.. we now have a free boat that they say is free but..... radios cost money, a slip cost money... training.. etc. etc.. GIVE THE TAXPAYERS A BREAK.. Hey public come out and vote for a new commissioner come december.... lets get all of them out of office starting this year.!!!

I understand that now your free boat is costing 15k to fix besides all the other thousands that have been put into it already. god you people know how to spend hard taxpayers money. need to dump the commissioners, all 5 ass wipes.. one at a time.
