LIPA is responsible not only for the death of the three tenants but of the death of the teenage boy in Mastic.

A certain amount of electric should be free for each account. Just enough to allow oil burners to run, a few lights, and a refrigerator each month. Then the amount in excess of this amount should be paid for.

The best way to combat LIPA is to plug your meter in upsidedown from Friday night to monday morning, run your A/C on max, do all your laundry for the week, show off all your indoor and outdoor lighting, run all your electrical appliances, and do your broiling and cooking for the week.

LIPA turned there electric off they purchased a genarator and put it into the house without the landlord knowing

anybody that rents a house up knows landlords donot pay for electric,,,the rentee pays
