This is the second time this has happened to me, but I'm dealing with a serious illness and I sometimes get distracted, so I feel a little less stupid than I should. Went to the checkout lane and the cashier asked me to leave the 12 pack of soda in the cart, she'd just ring it up by hand, then I get home and discover that she'd charged me for a case. The exact same thing happened once before. I'd suggest that you make them scan EVERYTHING, or at least when that happens check your receipt before you leave the register. To be fair, when I called the store I was told I could come in and discuss it with the manager, but I don't live nearby so I'd burn more gas going there than I'd save. Caveat emptor!

Ok, just because one thing has happened to you a couple times doesn't mean you have a right to diss the whole store. I know many of the workers there and they're always nice to the customers. People make mistakes sometimes, even you.

Two times is not a mistake it is a error and should be looked in too.Daaaahhhhhh

I agree it happens to me almost everytime I go there. Sometimes even multiple items on the same trip. I don't get how hard it is to make it right.

If you stand at the end of the counter and check your reciept - they know your watching them. The over charge has happened to me a few times but now I check while I am there and they have gotten tired of 'fixing' the mistake.

St.James Country Mart is the same way.I rarely get out of there without a mistake on my bill.They may but a paper tag on a item on the shelve but never change it on the register.I have asked other people if they have ever been screwed and they agree!

Simple solution: shop somewhere else and quit complaining. Grumpy ass people like you who complain all the time to get enjoyment fur personal gain.
