We thought this was about Boedecker---not others. We don't know what her stance is on the issues. Could someone please tell us what she's for/against? We read where she's just putting her name on the ballot as a Democrat. We've seen nothing else about her.

LMAO that is one of the funniest things I have heard in a long time. Schuette and Boedicker are both has been's. The only reason he had a few more votes then Mr. Guccione was because Vicki was sleeping around to get those votes. Wentzville residents are smart enough to realize that Mr. Guccione seriously cares about Wentz. and the residents. The only reason Schuette wanted to be mayor was so his discusting wife could feel special. What a joke. Do us all a favor (Mr. Schuette and Boedicker) stay out of politics neither of you are wanted around here.

I so wish Bill Schuette was still in politics. He was the only councilperson that helped me when I had a problem. I am sure he got his votes because of that and not because of Vicki. Why are you so vicious.

Not much by way of having a forum out here any candidate, but of the two individuals running for State Rep from the 13th district, Vickie Boedeker is the only one who responded to the St. Louis Post Dispatch Voter Guide. The link is above.

Also on Oct 21st from 6 - 9 PM, there is a Meet the Candidates event at Sts Joachim and Ann Care Services located at 4116 McClay Rd in St Charles

Several friends have met Vickie when she distributed literature in their areas and found her views to be exactly what this district needs. Bring in business, create jobs and educate our children so they can have good paying jobs.

Deja vu!

This entire post reminds me of Vickie's last failed run for mayor of Wentzville! The same 3 whacked-out supporters that could not stay off the editorial page are back! Didn't vote for her then, won't vote for her now.

Go CHUCK, go!

Schuette wouldn't return our phone calls when he was in office and was in Ward 2, but Alderman Guccione did and he wasn't our representative!!!!!! We heard Schuette will run instead of Meyer, but we saw how he violated the laws by the Missouri Ethics Commission. Can't believe he would even try to run for office again. He just needs to run, and run, and keep running out of Wentzville, for good.

I wish people would spend as much time researching the issues, attending local govt and school board meetings as they do bashing each other on these forums.

Whether you are a democrat or a republican, above all else we are all humans. Why do we treat each other so bad?

Debate the political issues by doing your research. Really know what you are talking about before you post it somewhere and above all else....leave the personal attacks out of it.
I personally know Vickie
and am a former employee of hers. I can
tell you she came to my aide more than
once. She didn't need to...she did it because
that's the kind of person she is. I can also
tell you she was a cheerleader for the
employees. If Vickie were still the Mayor the poor treatment employees face these days would not be acceptable.
Have you driven through Wentzville lately? Seen all the empty store fronts? In Vickie's tenure commercial business exploded! To say Vickie was the worst Mayor is ridiculous.

I hope Vickie wins the election because that's what she wants. Too bad we can't get her back in Wentzville to shape things up. I don't think that will ever happen because Vickie doesn't deserve the beating she would take by the individuals who have relentlessly attacked her on forums such as this and anywhere else they can.

Vickie-good luck and best wishes. You are a brace lady to put yourself through this again.

Vickie Boedeker is a great person. Yes she is a politician, and sometimes they have to take the big picture into account. Sometimes the big picture is too much for small minds. Chuck has been a do nothing sort of fellow in office. She is a hospice nurse who helps the dying, and their families.
She loves this town and wants the best for it. I truly believe that.
The comment about her disappearing except for friends "Terry Gleich, Bill Schuette, Peg Meyer (you know the group)" makes me scratch my head. She was engaged to Terry, she was a hospice nurse who took care of a relative of Bill's, and I know that Peg is a great lady who always thinks through the issues. She lost her husband to an illness so maybe Vickie worked with her family too.
It sucks to lose an election. I don't always agree on people's politics, but the name calling is really rather childish.
I'll vote for Vickie.
So Basically the big picture in your small mind and Vickie's would be, She tore down a lot of buildings that were on the Historical Register. Acme Garment is now a Parking lot. She wanted to tear everything sacred down, for what Money. She saw how Wentzville was growing, so she went with that crowd. What about all of the folks who have been around for many years. Wentzville is my hometown and thanks to Vickie, my children will not see our history. VOTE NO for VICKIE and Yes to Chuck.
You should read the email she sent me when I asked her about why she tore all those buildings down. Shamb on You. I found an Arrowhead in my backyard, it is hundreds of years old. If they tear down our history how will our children be able to find it. I want to know where she grew up, what she did as a child, and tear that down. It is a slap in the face for my grandparents may they rest in peace. Wentzville was a Tobacco town and a Railroad town. Vickie will never get any votes from anyone who loves thier history.

Hello, Your going off on this forum and treating people badly just by posting what you did.
Says alot about you that you personally know her. what is she some kind of princess or celebrity. I do my research. Have done it and still doing it. And it smells like BS to me. I will fight to the end, people don't know what she did, i will make it known in every possible way. She tears down everything, OUR HISTORY IS GONE Thanks a lot.

So, No vote for Boedeker, I have to ask. Why will you not vote for her? You've rehashed the facts well enough there that she is again a candidate. However, you haven't provided a reason that someone should not vote for her.
It appears that your ONLY reason could simply be she is a Democrat.
As for voting for Chuck, he's done an OK job, but some may need more than that to vote agianst Boedeker.
Here is an Historical Reason:
Talk to anyone who has been a Resident for 20 years or more. Public Records show it, people know it. She Tore down buildings and put in a parking lot. Remember the song? Pay attension to some History, that is the biggest research anyone can do. Do not vote for Vickie she says old buildings are an eye sore. What purpose did the parking lot serve? What purpose will it serve to tear down our history? Can you tell me? Ask my kids, ask thier kids.

The truth of the matter is that Boedeker had to cancel her golf tournament because she couldn't get enough interest from her "supporters". And when I went into her boyfriend's bank, he is no longer there. Asked if he retired and a teller said not exactly. Asked if they had a retirement party for him and they said NO. Maybe now they can move to Texas or somewhere else. She doesn't care about anybody but herself. Ask her ex-employer TIF Hospice, they can tell you a story about how she works with co-workers.

I heard First Bank asked him to resign. Everyone will miss his off-color jokes as a ritual when they do their banking at that bank. You are right about stories about TIP Hospice as my niece works for them and states that Vickie Boedeker is not a team player.

Thank the lord, go back to texas loser. I will get a ralley going to tear your hometown down, and everything you held sacred as a child. the email you sent me, what a joke, those things were not an eye sore. Your proud what you did for Wentzville, putting in Parking lots. My kids want to see where I grew up and the things I did, they can't now. I went out to celebrate when I heard you lost..

<quoted text>I disagree with you and will not vote for Vickie Boedeker. She was poison for Wentzville and would be poison for Jefferson City. Just because you are a "nurse" doesn't make you compasinate. I know her daughter well and could keep you up for a week telling you about Vickie's action of hatred with her daughter.
I disagree with you and did vote for Vickie. I have known Vickie for many years she is a great nurse, friend and mother. I have never known her to have any hatred for anyone ever. She is not only a beautiful person but also is very intelligent . I and many other people are very lucky to have her in our lives.I feel you don't know her daughter well or you would not write things like this. This to me sounds like something a jealous person would write how sad to think someone with such delusions would be around her daughter or grand children. I suggest you put your energy in a spelling class.I would have Vickie as a mom anytime and so would many others.I will pray for you as I don't know you but your message is pretty clear as to who you are.I know I can count on her any time I need her she is always there for my husband and my family as she is for all of her family and friends we are so lucky.

I use to work with Vickie at Tip Hospice and I can tell you she was not only a team player but a wonderful nurse and co-worker.She did not have to leave there she wanted to. I know the owner and he would hire her back today.I noticed you say sacred to a child my worry for a child around you is the only thing they will learn is hatred and how not to be a productive member of the community in a positive way. Take all that energy you have and help someone today then you might be a happier person.

Nicole, many of the so called human beings on here are some of the most hateful people I've ever encountered. They hide behind made up screen names and say the most foul things because they are childish and foolish.
You're right. Vickie is one of the finest woman it's been my pleasure to meet. She is head and shoulders above the trolls on here.

if Boedecker slept around to get what she wanted, she found a soul mate in Gleich, who attended orgys in LSL. Glad he's gone from the bank
