I can't believe that place is still around! The lack of respect that I have seen as a client that the doctor has treated his staff, made me change vets a long time ago, as well as the fact that every time I went in there it was $1000 here or $500 there. Don't get me wrong I love my animals but the amount of money was unnecessary! I don't know how they have stayed open for as long as they have, plus the doctor is never there half the time anyways. I guess screwing people over is finally catching up with the jerk. I know that they have been operating without a business license for a few months now and they haven't paid their taxes!!!

Wow- what's going on with this place? Should I stop going there? I see the comments but- what is the FBI investigating?

If I were you I would stop going there. They are all about money and getting every cent that they can out of people. The Doctor doesn't even own any pets!!!!! How does that work when you are a veterinarian?! I still don't know how they are open when they write bad checks , payroll checks bounce or the employees are asked not to cash their checks because there is no money, or hold onto them for weeks because they do not have enough funds in the bank to pay the employees but have enough money to eat out for 3 or more meals a day 7 days a week!!! They have even had to reissue bounced checks and then the second check even bounced! The employees in order to clean the hospital had to go out and buy their own cleaning products like bleach and never were reimbursed! The doctor is never there and allows unlicensed techs to preform surgery!!!

It seems no one has really made any real accusations against the clinic, other than theyh may have not paid bills. But that seems les than would be something the FBI would want to research. So- why the bad comments on this vet? What vet would be recommended for this area?

Any news of this vet? I've heard nothing. Or was this all just a hoax to discredit the vet?

No this is no hoax its just the truth, if you do your research you will see that he is unqualified to be a vet, I have also googled dardenne and came up with this link, http://www.vetratingz.com/ShowRatings.jsp... as well which is very interesting and also shows that he is just in it for the money not because he wants to help animals!

Ok Mc Gruff. Your non-answers speak volumes. My first comment, OMG! A doctor who is in medicine for the money! I can't believe what I am hearing! That statement is irrelevant. I've done research, and find nothing or substance to the claims here. When asked, you've provided nothing except, IT's true. With no supporting evidence other than a very small number of people who think the Vet is aloof. Maybe he is busy..... maybe he just is shy.... maybe he doesn't share the need that you have of needing validation by others complimenting their pets.

One issue that would concern me is the comment someone made on the ratings of a cure for bone cancer. Honestly, I know nothing of either side there, but it is concenring.

And please, how is he not qualified o tbe a vet? He has a degree and a business license does he not? Come on, give some real evidence not just- a vague' this is true- look it up'.

You criticize him for not really caring about animals, I could make the claim as well about oyu since you claim to have facts to support not going there, but don't provide them.

So, can you prove it, or are you just competition trying to undermine this guy's business?

this plethora of comments are from 2 disgruntled employees that were fired.. They called the DNR, feds wage and salary, and a few other agencies. What they dont say in the comments is that all complaints were cleared and we were vindicated. You can only do your best,, now a days when people don't do their job, and get fired, they will make unfounded statements on the internet , without their names, and unsubstantiated!!!!!

Thanks Michelle, Business is hard enough , in today's economy, than to have to deal with people that are vindictive. I have been a veterinarian for 27 years and still enjoy what I do, despite these people. I still do emergency 7 days a week, do 2 radio shows and write a newspaper column. These 2 employees were fired for not doing their job, and ironically, not working enough hours. They called the Fed Wage and Salary and we went through a 2 month investigation , for pay over the last 2 years. We were vindicated and their claim that they worked 90 hours a week, per person, was found totally without merit. Now a days when you are mad at someone, just post something on the internet. It is interesting that they won't use their names or replay to any questions. They are young and just out to make everyone else as miserable as they are. Thanks for your comment.

thanks, mlucas, for clearing it up. I long suspected it was a situation like this- a personal grudge- more than a fact-based issue. Glad to know my choice in pet care is still solid.

I really don't like to participate in internet babble, but sometimes there is no choice. I am getting older and less tolerant of people that have no ethics and anything goes. They just want to hurt people and don't care if what they say is the truth or not. Unfortunately, there are a lot of people, that read the internet and take it for truth. There needs to be more like you that read between the lines, or investigate, before they accept. I would preferred to fire them and then let them move on with their lives, but evidently, they are not that mature.
