I am so sick of the people in Wellton letting thier dogs roam and disturb other nieghbors. They need to be held reasponsable for the dogs they get. Stop ignoring them like you do your kids and start being a good nieghbor to your nieghbors. 2/9/09 I was awakened by a nieghbors cat being pulled apart by a lab & 2 pitts/mixes in another nieghbors yard. This is what I am talking about and the barking is outragous all day & night. My husband & I have decided to let the cops deal with this, since it is a disturbance and if need be start pressing charges. I don't like cuasing this type problem,BUT, I didn't start it first. YOU DID by not controling YOUR PETS!
