Here we go again,ILLEGAL ALIENS hiding behind bushes to sneak across our border gets ran over. Well big,fat deal. Now the one that survives thinks they have a lawsuit case.OMG what a laughing matter. They were sneaking into the U.S. hiding from border patrol and got ran over. Their lawyer says"we are trying to send a message to authorities that these cases should not happen again". And then goes on to say that He is a peaceful, honest, man. HONEST are you kidding me?? This joker is a LAW BREAKER. Who lost his daughter cuz they were hiding in the bushes from border patrol. Well here is a message from alot of folks like me DON"T COME OVER SNEAKIN AND CROUCHIN BEHIND TREES! WE DON'T WANT YOU! Should be case closed. But someone has to pay these blood suckin lawyers that want DUE PROCESS for these ILLEGAL ALIENS. Might as well be the American tax dollar... get out and VOTE these politicians out of office.

Seems the local folks that read the spanish version are onto this reconquista "lawyer".

They will lose this case and the courts better make Ms. Reconquista pay for the court costs.

"The fact that he didn't follow the legal process for immigrating to the country is no justification for taking the life of his daughter and leaving him incapacitated for life," Camarena said.
If the filthy COCKROACH did not try to sneak in, this never would have happened. It is entirely the father's fault.

Once again, I have no sympathy. If they hadn't been trying to enter this country illegally, this accident wouldn't have happened. And then they have the audacity to want to sue us? They need to carry their asses back to Mexico and sue their own damn government for incompetency.

Call Candy Camarena's office and let them know how you feel about them defending this piece of crap! In phone book, both white and yellow pages, under Camarena (won't let me post phone number here). Do this Monday morning

Actually the border patrol officer should sue this so called "father" for using his child to commit a crime. I think they call this child endangerment. Any good lawyers out there want to take on this ILLEGAL ALIEN and his poor excuse of a lawyer Cabdy Camarena. HMMNNN I wonder if anybody has checked into the immigration status of Camarena. LMAO Just a thought.......

Its understandable that you all are defending our country like that, it's great. But haven't you all thought about the reasons WHY these, so called ILLEGAL ALIENS, come to the United States in the first place?? WEll i guess you haven't cuz if you did you would think otherwise. Do you not think they are aware of all the implications that come with leaving their countries and coming over here. I bet they do know.. i bet they have heard many stories about it... but then they still come!... so maybe it goes beyond what we know. Perhaps -and most likely- the situations they are forced to face in their country is sooo terrifying that they rather RISK their LIVES..(cuz that is what they do...RISK their lives). Imagine.. not having to eat anything for days... being scared to walk on the streets... we have became robots without hearts... don't let these prejudice engulf you. Give them a chance. I know from experience that not all of them are the bestest people.. but they're humans just like the rest of us.

Maybe they should come to Mexico if it's so "terrifying" where ever these people your talking about "not having to eat anything for days" are from. Mexico has lots of work and on average the people are overweight.
Of course we have immigration laws here, so, come legally or go to prison and get deported.

Excellent post sir. Short, sweet, and to the point with FACTS.

Now for my take on the matter. It is a tragedy that the child lost their life that is a fact. The injuries sustained by the father are deserved. Last time I checked there were no speed limits on the desert. I think it will be a bit hard to prove "reckless driving" by the BP agent in this case.

The father is at fault in the death of his child in that by the very action of him taking his daughter with him as he "illegally" entered the US thereby caused her to commit a crime. His actions also subjected the child to dangers from the elements of the weather, criminals who prey on those making the journey, and yes possible injury or in this case death as the law enforcement officers of the US attempt to protect the citizens of the US.

IMHO The BP agent should file suit against the "ILLEGAL ALIEN" for his actions that caused the agent to suffer mental anguish and so forth that I am sure they have since the incident.

They come here because it is far easier to do that than to fix their own country...you know, do what our ancestors did and fight to make the country free for themselves and future generations. They come here for the government freebies they manage to get.

There is no good reason to break the law. If that is good enough for citizens, it sure as hell is good enough for illegal aliens.

We deserve a sovereign country just like any other. We have immigration laws just like all other countries. We do not reward crime, and we have the right to expect our laws to be obeyed and enforced. We simply cannot afford to take care of the world's poor, much less by letting them all come here. We only have a limited amount of money and natural resources and, in case you haven't noticed, this country is broke.

Is MALDEF behind this lawsuit like they were behind the lawsuit against the Arizona Rancher?

Is anyone aware that Obama's stimulus package included pork payments to MALDEF and La Raza?

Yes, our tax dollars going to support the attorneys from these racist groups that file disgusting racist lawsuits that cost the American people BILLIONS.

The guy is a first class scum if he can't protect his daughter any better than that. Too bad HE didn't get it and the daughter come away unscathed. But then, you know she'd have been permanently p.o'd at whoever got him.
