I seen where Brittany and Jeff were fighting on here and she accused him of drugs, and dirty tattoo needles. I figure she would know this stuff being his GF and all...but then they are back together and she said she was mad and lied and he was drug free, and uses clean tattoo needles and she was drug free and not a thief....LOL. I see where Jeffy got busted for THEIFT!!! And DRUGS and DRUG PARAFANALIA was found and a female suspect was possibly going to get charged for the connection in the theft too. TOO GREAT! PROOF ONCE AGAIN THAT SKANKY LEMASTERS AND OL HEPATITUS SAUDERS ARE THIEVES< LIERS AND DRUGGIES. You cant fool ppl Britt....we all know you and Jeff are dirty asses!

I don't know Jeff but i can say that I like Brittany.. She and I always had fun in this forum.. Its sad that she ended up back in jail a couple months ago and isn't here to defend herself so I say to those that wish to talk smack about her that she is paying her debt to society.. Britt used her real name here which is more than I am doing and more than most of you do so in that let me say she is a lot braver then most of you here..

For those that want to write to her here is the address she would enjoy hearing from you i'm sure.

One last thing to the original poster, you must not get out much because the post you reference was at least 4 months ago.. Try not to smoke so much dope that you loose track of time because it makes you look stupid when you post..

How many times have these 2 been incarcerated?
How much more taxpayer money are we to spend on habitual criminals?
Once is a mistake,as anyone can make one, I have made my share.
But I learned from my errors.
The only logical solution is instant execution for anyone who is a repeat offender.
It cuts down on prison overcrowding, reduces taxpayer expenditures, serves as a deterrent for repeat offenders and, hopefully, makes one think before a first offense.
I realize that this is probably not a popular solution for those who believe in rehabilitation but some people refuse to be responsible members of society!

You must have me confused with someone else (what).. If you have read all of my posts you will find that i do not "down" all people accused of drug use in fact just 2 days ago i was taking up for a mother accused of drug use.. I feel a child is better off with her parent than ripped from the mothers arms and plopped in a foster home so you are wrong about me and my posts..

Also while we are on the subject of drugs Brittany never admitted to me that she was on drugs, actually she (Brittany) said she was clean and posted pictures of certification from the place that tested her.. I have no clue why she went back to jail but they must have thought it was warranted to do so..

Instant execution huh? If it were your Mom you would have a different outlook on the matter.

Serves as a deterrent huh? Was Charles Manson deterred? How about Jeffery Dahmer? Was anyone on death row or anyone that has been executed deterred by the potential punishment? The answer is NO..

There is good and bad in all of us and i do not claim to have a solution to any problems but i feel a death penalty to a drug addict is too harsh because it is a self inflicted problem..

Here's a question for you.. What if your Brother or Mother stole a gun and wanted to shoot their self with this gun? Lets say they tried this 2-3 times.. Your solution is KILL THEM ALL because they are repete offenders.. Do you put dear old Mom or Brother to death in this case? They want to shoot themselves so what could be worse for them? Would a death penalty deter them? You know the answer! There are no easy answers and i am glad none of my family will go before you to be judged..

What I am trying to get across is that some people refuse to try to change.
Drug addicts may only hurt themselves but, and I am only guessing, have been known to commit crimes upon humanity to supply their habits.
How many times are we to support them in a penal institution, release them after a slap on the wrist, only to have them be caught again?
Not just druggies but murders, child molesters, rapists and others.
Rehabilitation is great if the person accepts it but there is a certain percentage of criminals that refuse and should they receive the "3 hots and a cot" that taxpaying dollars are supplying?
It costs less for a bullet to the head to these repeat offenders than harboring them in today's prison that are better to live in than some of the homes in Jackson County.

You forget my friend that we moved from England because we did not like their laws and their taxes.. Off with their heads works fine over there but this is America LOL

If you want to take up a REAL issue that is sucking the life out of Americans then try to change the welfare system that allows all these vermin to multiply at our expense and they contribute nothing to society.. The President just told us not so long ago that 90 MILLION Checks were sent out each month so if we didn't pass some stupid debt ceiling bill that 30% of Americans would starve.. Now There is a cause to fight against.. 1/3 of the country sucking the tit of the working man.. Probably another 1/3 are children and that leaves 1/3 to WORK and carry the LOAD..

I never really addressed the issue so here is my opinion.. A man named Joseph M. "Joe" Arpaio of Maricopa County in Arizona has a unique idea about how to treat prisoners.. PINK Underwear, chain link and razor wire surrounding some army tents pitched out on a desert where it is 120 degrees in the sun and God knows how hot under one of these tents.. Bologna sandwichs and KoolAid with NO SUGAR LOLOL.. I love this guy.. Guess what though, it does Not Deter ANYONE.. Criminals will be Criminals because they do Not Plan on being Caught!!

Sheriff Joe has been reelected about 12 times (4 yr terms) because people love him and his way of thinking.. So far it has solved nothing but taxpayers feel good about it

Actually most criminals plan on getting caught, doing their time, and going right back to it, they know it's part of the game, especially repeat offenders, and most drug dealers are already familiar with the system, because stats show that they were familiarized with the system at a young age, but it doesn't stop them. I have had a lot of experience learning/working with the system, I have a law degree

agree, n fed up with ppl saying they are or have paid their debt to society-they feel vendicated afterward n then go back and do it again and again-i feel empathy the first time around but am fed up with the repeat offenders-they are choosing the lifestyle instead of choosing rehabilation of theiir lifestyle. i agree--three strikes and you are OUT!

Ohio is not a 3 strikes State but these States are..

The following states have enacted three strike laws:
In 1974: Texas[3]
In 1993: Washington
In 1994: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Indiana, Kansas, Nevada, North Dakota, and Louisiana,
In 1995: Arkansas, Georgia, Maryland, Montana, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Utah, Vermont, and Wisconsin
In 1996: Florida, Tennessee,and Virginia
In 2006: Arizona

Maybe you could write your Congressman to try and get a Law passed for Ohio

Yeah this is sheriff Joe, I don't no many criminals either but i remind u I have a degree in law and sociology. My family are also attys. I have been to 3 prisons and visited with inmates and spent time with the probation systems and 90% off the time that's the answer that is given. Also, you being in a small town associating with criminals, before they have been caught for the first time, might not expect it, but that is their ego

Anyone with a degree in Law and or Sociology would surely know the difference in "no" and "Know" they would not refer to me as "u" and lastly you meant to say 90% OF instead of OFF.. Thank God you are not my Attorney!! Have a good day.

If i were such an insignificant little tidbit you wouldn't have bothered trying to insult me.. Go practice up on that English Language.. The last time i was tested i had an 8th grade vocabulary and post college reading ability.. That isn't much to compete with now is it?? Hurry along now and look up "no" and "Know"

BTW i am not bragging, i know i am an uneducated, ignorant, hillbilly from the rural appalachian mountains.. Never claimed to be intelligent i just claim to be opinionated.. Some like it some don't!!
