Volunteer group progressing toward new Oxford grocery store
A group of volunteers is trying to bring a fully stocked grocery store to the town of Oxford, which would prevent residents there from having to drive more than 10 miles - either to Wellington or Winfield - to pick up items they need.

The first and honest thought was. Its an old hardware store. Doesnt that scream not sanitary, but slowing down thoughts. Itd be cleaned flooring put in, and fixtures.. And it saves the cost of buying a building. And itd service nearly 80 miles square of close people, and farmers.
