This person INFLICTED HARM on unsupecting people! And she's still employed?!?? I have to be 100% at my job. Every landing requires I do not bust up a multi-million dollar piece of equipment nor injure ANYONE on board. Can you imagine my keeping my job OR getting PAID leave if I was less than 100%?

The nurse's license should be revoked in addition to every one of the people injected filing a lawsuit. In using proper procedure, the bottle of medication should be checked three times: prior to drawing it up, while drawing it up and after drawing it up before returning it to stock. How this occurred is beyond me. Obviously not even a hint of proper procedure occurred here.
