Please pick Renova! Northland's "experience" in Hartford has been to produce grand empty buildings with state and city money. There are virtually no retail tenants and few residents. Failure all around. Now they want to produce grand buildings in Preston with town tax abatement's. Forgive me but what town can afford to lose tax money at this critical time???
Congdon's right on this one. Renova's the way to go. If not, don't say you weren't warned.
