Starbucks is not an encroachment to any local coffee shop. They merely drive people to seek out a better cup of coffee. Java Jolt will learn that even if you provide the best coffee in town, it's the delivary and customer service that counts! You can't mess with a person's jolt!.......

Speaking of Customer service, the Mauldin location has a lot to learn. My Daughter and I patonoize this establishment daily in route to work. On a particular morning while waiting in the drive thru line behind a customer being served, I noticed what appeared to be a lot of personal chatting between the service girl in the window and the party in the car ahead of us. It was obvious they knew each other so even though I was running late for work, I decided to be a patient. Well that patience turned into an 8 minute wait! I honked my horn to alert the girl at the window that a line was forming behind me and to end the socializing because I had to go to work. She gave me a nasty look and when It was my turned to be served, the attitude was disgusting. My daughter and I spend an average of $7 everyday ($140/mo!), I think as loyal customers, we deserved better treatment. I WILL NEVER PATRONIZE THAT ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THAT, I DON'T FORSEE THE MAULDIN JAVA JOLT BEING IN BUSINESS VERY LONG.

Java Jolt has a few employees that are terrific and treat me with a smile every daily visit. These girls are kind and curtious. I'm willing to spend a dollar fifty on a cup of joe just to have the nicest comments of my day.

I do like my coffee in the morning. The girls that work in the mornings make my day. They always have a smile, and are fast and courteous. Maybe Mike Mauldin, SC should try getting up a little earlier so that he or she wouldn't be "running late". Also, the customers at the drive-thru AREN'T the only customers at Java Jolt, there are usually as many or more inside. Patience might be a virture Mike needs to acquire. THANK YOU JAVA JOLT. I WOULD VOTE YOU THE BEST!!!!

The establishment has a wonderful indoor atmosphere. There are always smiling faces behind the counter. I will definetly be going to Java Jolt more frequently. Free wi-fi with a purchase of a small coffee? hell yes.

Looks like it is in Java Jolt's favor for Mike Mauldin to patronize another coffee shop. Customer service is what keeps a business alive, and it looks like Java Jolt has great customer service. Keep up the good work.

I would like to reply to this message Mike from Mauldin. I was the car that you honked your horn at. It was a 3 minute wait and the girl that I was chatting with was waiting for my drink to be made. So if I'm not mistaken that kind of communication..the part that I enjoy most, Is not unacceptable. Maybe you should consider all the fatcs before judging a situation. You have a lot to learn Mike from Maudlin....

My friend and I frequent this establishment almost on a daily basis. We go through drive thru, as well as stopping inside to say 'hi' to everyone. I have been through some rough times lately, but I know that the moment I walk into Java Jolt, that I am going to be greeted with a friendly smile, and true concern for how my day has been. The service is great! I have yet to have a problem with anyone who works there! I can only hope that Java Jolt continues to provide the same pleasant service that they have always given to me, not to mention, the best coffee and many, many choices they offer. I especially like the Flavor of the Month! Kudos to Java Jolt! We love you!

The coffee is average at best, it's expensive and the couple times I visited there on my way to work I found the staff rude and the supplies inadequate (both times they didn't have cup sleeves). When I asked for one, the girl at the drive up window said "If I had one I would've given you one"... How about just saying that you're out of sleeves instead of being a smart ass. I don't need to start my day with some fool talking to me like that (especially for a $4 mocha). I will be bringing my business to the other coffee establishments around the area.

I absolutely love this coffee house! The service is very warm and realistic. Unlike the artificial happiness that is served with your five dollar coffee at Starbucks, this place is the real deal. I enjoy all of the workers' attitudes and appreciate the overall environment. I will be bringing my business always to Java Jolt! 1-2-3 -JAVA JOLT!!!!

To Thomas of Greer, I'm sure you don't understand sarcasm, because I'm sure that the girl at Java Jolt was either joking, or YOU were in fact, the "fool". Why would someone working for tips be blatantly rude? Good luck with the other coffee "establishments" because their prices are higher than Java Jolts'. I also wouldn't call their supplies inadequate... places run out of stuff. Ever ran out of paper cups? It happens. So next time you're feeling upset that you can't have a sleeve for your coffee, go to the other local coffee shops and wait fifteen minutes on a small mocha, while you pay $5, instead of $4.

You know what, some folks just wake up as mean people.
Coffee keeps me from doing bad things to other folks.
I don't drink the stuipid sleeve, and I will never sue because my hand gets hot holding HOT coffee without a sleeve.
Not getting a sleeve hasn't caused me a lot of grief or is it a threat to World Peace.

Get a life, or an insulated mug!

I LOVE anything coffee. I have always been a dedicated Starbucks patron, and recently started working at Verizon (just behind Java Jolt) and didn't have enough time to go to all the way to Starbucks one afternoon so I decided to give Java Jolt a try not expecting much and was I surprised! I got a 24oz. frozen mocha (what I always get at Starbucks) for $4.50, I could not believe I got all that for such a low price! Not to mention it had a much better flavor! On top of all of this the next day I went in and asked for an extra shot of espresso in my mocha and the server suggested a my now favorite drink! What service! I am now a perminate Java Jolt supporter! It's the best price, service, flavor, and over all coffee I have ever had! Keep up the GREAT work Java Jolt!

I have been to many coffee shops in my lifetime. I dicovered java jolt many months ago, and hve been a patron ever since. The quality of coffee is esquisite , and the service is extremely friendly and the atmosphere is very warm and cozy. I love going to jolt esp when i am feeling down, knowing that i will be greeted with a smile and be around people that truly care! You can go in there at just about any given time, and see a group of friends and collegues congregating, enjoying doing their knitting club, book club meetings, quiet place to take a date, or just be alone...I give java jolt a thumbs up, and pray that they are around for a very, very long time! Love yall guys @ JJ! Have a safe and happy holiday!

Java Jolt is my favorite! If you are a true coffee drinker it truly only comes down to coffee. Forget the service, if they are out of sleeves, whats going on in the car in front of you. None of that matters. In the morning I can not wait to get there for the yummyliciousness of a nice HOT cup of joe!
If the coffee is good the rest just happens. I have been going there since the day they opened and I have been to most coffee shops in this town and Java Jolt has everyone beat hands down.

I like Java Jolt. It's chill and confortable and low prices! plus awesome bagels and muffins. Good service too. Why is it closed? so much hostility over a coffee shop.
Also love this "hahah ur funny u used to be a lifeless monkey too. U still are."
