I am glad that they finally got this woman. From the first time that I saw this story a while back, I knew that something was not right.I mean how far did she think she was going to get away with lying and her own child. I hope they give her exactly what she deserves.

What is wrong with these parents? If they don't want the children anymore, find someone who does. I'm a single mom and things do get tough and VERY stressful, but I would NEVER take the life of my child. May the child rest in peace and the mom rot in HE11

The law should show her what it's like to die that way. May God look after this little boy.

Why did she do it? Is she related to the other Smith who killed her boys? If you didn't want your son, why not take him to your parents, or his father. How can you live with your self?

Well I guess most of us were all right about this situation. I knew this woman did it. Where are all the people who said she didn't do it at now.

How can someone kill their own child. Her story sounded like bull from the begining. I cant believe it took this long to charge her. It is so obvious. What a piece of trash.

I suspected that she had killed him all along. Bless that poor child's soul! It must have been awful to know that your own mother was killing you. I can only wish that justice rules in this case and that this woman serves time for her awful crime.

Such a tragic story. What is going on with these psycho parents? I will reserve further judgement until further details about the description of the suspect are made public. It is beginning to look like if your last name is Smith and you are an alledged carjacking victim, that alone will put you under scrutiny.

I stated that she killed her son when this story came about. I know some crazy things are going on in this world but certain things are just alittle forfetched. Thanks for bringing this evil woman to light.

I am a mother of a 7 year old son, and I can not imagine what that poor child was going through. Hopefully this time the time will fit the crime or should I say an eye for an eye!

I knew she done it the time I heard this story. What woman lets a man with just a knife hold her and her son hostage..i could see if it was a gun but dang a knife. It is a terrible time we are living in these days.

Jose, it is sad that you feel that there is no God. Please don't state that so matter of fact like, as to think we are just going to believe you. I believe in God, I choose to believe. And he has that little boys soul with him now. Hopefully, one day he'll have yours.

That is sad that you think that. A child was murdered and you want to be a jerk and advertise your ill beliefs. How uncouth!

What I don't understand is why the police enforcement took her word for what happened after the incident with the woman from York County, Susan ?, that killed her boys by drivng them in a lake and said basically the same thing !

This b*tch should hang to death for what she did....an eye for an eye !

Justice ??? H*LL YEAH !
