I just bought a .17 caliber Savage rifle and I love it. That thing is just lightening fast and deadly accurate. My son shot a rabbit with it a few weeks ago at the back of the property and that thing was dead before it knew what hit it. Pretty impressive for a small caliber rifle. I guess what it lacks in size it makes up for in accuracy and speed.
I have an old .38 pistol that was my grandfathers from when he was a constable down in Keystone back in the 30's. It was part of a set of 2. My sister got one and I got the other. It's got a bent site on it and if you aim, you can't hit the broad side of a barn, but I still love that gun more than any other one I have.
So, Loco..where you supposed to be from now? And what's the story about how you got here?

What's it to you Loony?

But once again, I live in Michigan. I was born in Princeton WV and lived there until I was 6. Moved to Keystone and lived there until I was 15. My grandfather was mayor or Keystone until 1966 or so. My dad worked for US Steel in Gary and got transferred to Michigan in 1969. I have also lived and worked in Texas, Utah, Ohio, and New Jersey.

I have given you plenty of opportunities to find out who I am and have even directed you to other posts on this message board that would, or at least should tell you that I am not who you think I am, yet you insist on continuing with this lunacy.

I think your real problem is that I have taken some of the attention away from you and you simply don't like it. It doesn't matter who you think I am at all. On the other hand, I know exactly who you are.

You are nuts.

Taurus .45/.410 and stagger your rounds with alternating rounds of 45 and 410.
I leave a 45 under the hammer so the first round will be a 410, just to show them I mean business and if they`re still stupid I hit`em with a 45 hollow point...Good gun to carry Deer hunting too.
I also have a Charter Arms .38 undercover Bulldog, for concealment.
I Deer hunt with a 25.06 single shot Ruger#1, Most accurate gun I have ever used, with a Varmint(Bull) barrel, I can consistantly place 3 rounds in a 1 in circle at 100 yds, I have a 6 power Burris Scope on it.. Or a Remington 740 sportsman, semi auto 30.06, Simmons 3x9x40 Scope. Very acurate at 100 yds.
I black powder hunt with a Thompson Center Arms,.50 caliber Black Diamond with a 3x9x40 Simmons Scope..Best Black powder I ever shot.
If I deer hunt any place that I can only use a shotgun, I have a 1300 Winchester pump with interchangeable barrels, 12 guage non rifled and a deer Barrel thats rifled for slugs/with rifle sights on it.
I'm actually looking in the dual pistol torus makes it ,,, right?
I also have a 2506, it is good for a long ways, 3 shots in a 1" block at 100 with factory ammo. I also reload my own shells, I don't have the 2506 dies but I'M going to get set. I have the 7mm rem mag loaded down to 2500 fps with 125 grn bullets, make it shoot smooth and not hardly any recoil and will also hit a 1" block at 100 yds. I have a closet full of guns. I sold a bunch of them and cant even tell which ones it was. I have oodles of guns. from derringers to shotguns to high powered rifles, I actually sold my Ar-15 and AK-47 and tech-9 I'm more into accuracy, and not a bunch of noise lolol. I love my guns and fishing poles and compound bows heck I have 7 Bows and about 10 dozen arrows . I love to shoot them, I shoot them almost daily, I use a big box of rags to shoot into, thats the cheapest target you can get, when the box is all shot up, about 1000 shots, just get another box, they are always free at most places, so the box of rags is the best yet lol. any way Happy Shooting, and keep your powder dry.

I inquired about one of these and the dealor said when he got one in He'd let me know.
I'd like to have on.
I have the single shot 45-410 and the Bomd Derringer 45-410, and a argentina single shot 45-410.
But the Torus is the best acording to what I'm hearing. I want the 3" chamber for the 410 when I get one.

Good choice, but I wonder how accurate it would be with the 45 round since it is so much shorter. also I wonder what would happen if the cylinder developed some slack in it(Like all revolvers do)???

Don't depend on any one gun with your life, Ive had revolvers to shoot and the round stick between the cylinder and the barrell locking it up tight, I have also seen auto's misfire. Id rather fix the misfire than to try to drive the round back into the cylinder and unhang the gun when I'm in a fire fight. All you have to do is regect the misfire and keep shooting.
It's one's own preferance I recon. As for the torus Id say your right Dufus on the 3 inch chamber, never thought of that one. Id say teh 2 and 1/2 might be the best pick.

We have finely tuned the rifling to spread the shot pattern at close quarters or to guide the .45 cal. bullet to the target. Fully customized with fixed rear sights, fiber optic front sights and Taurus Ribber GripsŪ, the "Taurus Judge" is one decision-maker that lays down the law.

Looks like 410 would fill the groves after a few rounds. With 410 shell, pointing quick would be the way,no sight.I don't have one,but I will buy it.I do have a couple 44,357,45,38 and so forth. In the right hands a hollow point 22 is good for any kill.Filled with mercury, adds to the pain.Just a dab will do.At least, I did read that somewhere.

How did you fine tune it? I know rifeling will distort the buck shot, but would that mess up the acuracy of the slugs and triple alt?

A 22 is a good controlled up close killer hand gun. But at a distance it looses speed.
I shoot my 22 custom build rifle at 100 Yards, and I use the Walmart Federal 36 grain hollow point that I buy in Bulk, which is the best Ammo made today for the 22 rifle. The bullet will hit hole for hole at 25 yards, and will drop 6 inches on a hundred yards.
Now comparing that with the next best gun is the 22 magnum, it will drop 2 inches on a hundred yards with cci hollow points, and will hit a clay pigeon target place on the ground at the 100 yard range.
Lots of people say the 36 grain mag is better, but I can't get as good of a group on 100 as I can with the regular cci ammo.
So if I was going to depend on a 22 it would have to be the magnum, which I do have in a Black Widow, and American arms and a ruger single 6, and several others. I also have the 2 shot derringer in a 22 mag. But it isn't as accurate as the 22 long rifle in a hand gun.
So buck for baldy, I don't think I'd use any one of those mouse guns for personal protection.
Now the Mafia probably uses them for execution style killings , "So I am told", and they are good for Killing hogs close up, with a shot between the eyes and then jumping over into the penn and cutting their throat. But thats about all a 22 is good for, with the acceptance of killing squirrels or rabbits.
I use mine for recreational purposes such as target shooting.
