Had a wonderful time with my family today. Had so much food...two turkeys. Can't stand the leftovers, though. Give it all away after I eat.

I have got to share this,I've been cooking Thanksgiving dinner for the last 35 years, last night everyone had gone to bed and I was getting ready to put my turkey in the oven(25 lb bird),got the roaster sprayed w/nonstick stuff, basted that bird with the injector thing(butter and chicken broth),got up this morning ,took it out of the oven ,it was a beautiful golden brown!Around 2:00 as my husband started to carve it,we (me,my husband, kids and grandkids)noticed it was mostly dark meat....IT WAS UPSIDE-DOWN!My husband and son had to flip it over!My daughter and I were laughing so hard we couldn't do it!But It was the juicist turkey I've ever fixed and very tasty!Memories, without those our house wouldn't be OUR HOUSE!HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!!
